Update(27.04.2016): On reaching the hotel @11:00 AM, we were quickly given a room without any hassles and had a smooth check-in experience, Kudos to hotel's reception staff for being very customer-friendly and completely opposite to the reservation staff.
I have booked a premium room at this hotel from 27th till 30th April 2016, since I am travelling with an infant I requested for early check-in at 10:00 AM instead of their regular 12:00PM, reservation desk bluntly told me there will be a half day charge for the same since they are running full. My query, if they are running full then how can they provide a room at half days charge? Will they throw out some guest or its just that these guys are plain insensitive and just there to make money. I made a mistake of booking this hotel and now I don't have another option as cancellation will be fully charged. Anyways this is my last engagement with Parc Estique, never again would I book with such customer un-friendly hotel.
