Hii friends, This is Deepak Jangra and I would like to share my personal experience with the Hotel Blue Star , Arya Nagar in Rohtak.
This review is regarding as my personal experience with this hotel.
This hotel doesn't give a good service. All services are worst and has a very bad staff attitude.
Today I share my personal experience with this hotel.
I visited this hotel when I went to Rohtak for my exam. My exam centre was held in rohtak near Arya nagar. The exam was at 7 a.m.
So I had to go rohtak the previous day.
After going there , I thought to book a room in a hotel.
So I visited this hotel.
The infrastructure of this hotel looked as a old building. The paint was damaged from place to place.
I went on the reception area and asked to book a room . But the receptionist told me in a bad way. He had no knowledge how to talk with customers.
He used a bold voice. Anyway I took the room key and went into my room.
The room was very bad. The bed was not looking good. The luggage arranged not in a better way.
The staff was also bad in behaviour. They didn't maintain the room service at time to time. Also the food given by them was bad in taste.
The value for money is also high as compare to its facilities.
I don't recommend to visit this hotel.
