I dealt with them once fooled by the great website but will not be coming back again. I placed an order for a dish rack on 28 Oct for my Kolkata house, checked delivery timeline, and was sure it would get delivered in a week's time like all other mail order houses but its now 3 weeks that they are sitting on my money and have not made the delivery.
This is definitely one of the ones which is going to go down in a short time. Buy from them if you have lots of time on your hand and you dont care about the loss of interest on your hard earned money.
Oh another thing I would like to inform the probable buyers is that their customer care is a sham. Any complains you raise with them they immediately respond to you by saying they understand your concern and have forwarded your query to the "CONCERNED DEPARTMENT" and the concerned department does not get back to you. Reminds me of the files in a Govt office which keeps going round and round.
