In their advertisement, they talk a lot about insta cash. But their websites are loaded with bugs. Some sort of error always pops up when I try to apply for a loan. When I enter my salary details and the purpose for which I am applying the loan, it gives a message "Finding best offer for you" and then the error always pops up saying , "Your application has been cancelled".
I then approached them, and then a loan of 50k was sanctioned. It was sanctioned from their end however I didn't receive it in my Federal Bank. when I contacted them the executive said that the amount was credited. I mailed them the screenshot of my bank details. They told me that it would be resolved in 7 working days. After a week I received a mail saying my complaint is closed. Again I contacted them, they told me to send the bank details in PDF form. When I didnt get a response from their end, I contacted them to know the status. They told me that they haven't received any mail.
