I have purchased this product before 2 years, and no doubts its cooling capability is more than its look. After Switch On, this will cool your room within 5 minutes. Wonderful product . Easy Installation. ore features as reminder of ON/OFF, to dust reminder within every 15 days.
The only negative things, I feel from the service side of company. Very pathetic service from Hitachi Employees.
I have make a complaint at 9th May regarding the AC fault, but no body in whole company rectify my issue even after 2 months wth so many follow ups with the team.
