I want to share one of my encounters with heritage fresh. They are known for their service, for which they won’t mind to go another extra mile and I have been there, done that. As I was exhausted after completing my night shift at work, I was in no mood to go to the store. So I called and asked if they could deliver at my place. They did not only oblige, but the delivery boy also asked if I was okay, because I visit the store on regular basis without any day’s break. So the absence of a regular customer makes them worry, which is genuine on their part too.
I was so touched that I also gave the delivery boy some tip. It became one of the reasons why I trust this store and always prefer to shop here only. They care about their customers and their actions say it all. I like heritage fresh.
