I jitendra, resident of ghatkopar, mumbai, own a HCLME . I do have some problem in the laptop and have made a complaint on 16 July, 2013. The service request number allotted was 8503112305. the Laptop was received at Sonali Infotech, the authorised service center of HCL located at Baguiati. They told me that there is some problem in the motherboard.
Hence, it will take at least 20 days. At the end of the month of April 2013 I found some problem in the sound system and display of the Laptop. I launched a complaint regarding this on 30 April, 2013. The service request number allotted was 8503779258. On the same day the Laptop was received at Sonali Infotech, the authorised service center of HCL . Then also the problem was with the motherboard only, as reported by the service engineer. It was painful experience for me.
After waiting 40 long days I did get my laptop back on 13 June, 2013. Only after 27 days the laptop was again down. Again a problem with the motherboard. This time today is the 37th day I have submitted the machine. Last time when I faced problem I did have a worse experience. The call center personnel used to make fake promises and so did the area manager. This time also I am going through the same problem. They are all mechanical liers with no sense of responsibility. I am fatigued and very much upset with the service of HCL. Sometimes I repent for choosing HCL.
