Worst service. Review on Hathway Broadband

I had taken hathway connection few month back, since last 3 month have been called them many times.

These guys will never send message in advance that some maintenance work will start on so and so that, suddenly while your are working your internet may go off, and after calling customer care only you will come to know that some maintenance is going on. Also if there is no maintenance work going on still your are not guaranteed that you internet connection will work properly, any time you see disconnection and you may have to restart your modem. And the biggest thing is what ever speed they claim to give you, you will never get that in real, but if you use speed test tools and all it will show you speed for then what you supposed to get. Looks like these speedtest service providers are also making money by showing wrong results. I would suggest better not to use hathway, soon i'll go back to airtel at least they are better in few aspects.
