Great Learning a Fraud Institute. Review on Great Learning

Hi, i am Sunita. I had enrolled in the Cloud Computing programme in the month of October from Great Learning Institute in Oct 2023. Prior to the enrolment i was introduced about the Course by Aditya Kashyap who explained the things about the course as well as about the payments mode. Since starting he was confusing me about the payments. Everytime he gave me false information about the payments and at the end he convinced me by saying this "you can make the payments as per your comfortand can take the Loan for 5 years as per your wish and all. So i went ahead and made the payment for Enrollment amount Rs.25k around for the course. After this i got to know there's no such EMI option available. Till the time I was kept on hold and finding for the possibilities but no such outcome came as my loan amount was less than Rs.1Lakh. These conversation took month on month. I was patiently corporating with Learning Team Adita Murlidharan and Sahana. I kept on taking updates from Aditya Murlidharan and now i am not convinced with the things as no Trust left with Great Learning Academy. Still Aditya Murlidharan asked me that will have the conversation on upper Management side but till the time there is no resolution of Refunding your Money. And now from past one month i am trying to reach Aditya Murlidharan, but no response from his end too.

Now i ask one thing overhear. What's my fault not to get the Refund. Why would i suffer the loss of Amount?From your end people misleaded me and so I initiated for the Programme. At last I contacted Harsh Mathur, he said Mail me and write everything in the month June 2024. I-E mail him and tried to call but he is avoiding my calls.

Its been long time now that there is no resolution of Refund.

They are running fraud Institute as a big brand.Now they have taken my money and not refunding. Not even giving response. I told everyone there but all of them avoiding to take my calls. Please help
