I was travelling to madurai to thekkady, kerela at a fixed cost & whem I got to the destination they charged me 900rs extra than the fixed KM .morever the driver took 2000 Rs advance for petrol & he didnt return that money .when I complained, GOZO cab CC told me that its driver fault & the driver is not responding to the calls.
Morver, I had booked return from Thekkady to Madurai also .& the CAB was confirmed with driver details .when it was getting late, the driver told me that he can't come as he has some other duty at the last moment .I had to arrange a cab by myself paying 3X money .
when I complained the CC team .those idiots are just sitting there wo any information .
