Now here comes one more app which supports the UPI transactions and provides the customers to use upi transaction through their mobile app using just the mobile number registered with the bank account. The main advantage of the up transaction is that it doesn't charge you with any service charges are any taxes that the other transaction. May charge. The Google Tez app is not so tez, the worst thing of the app is the time that it takes for any transaction to take place. UPI transaction is mainly known for its less time taken process and after that if in the market in there are so many apps offering a fast speed UPI transaction then you want seek to a slower option. The Google please provide sir with the same which is the major drawback of the app.
Now I am going to share my personal experience with the payzapp first my friend call me on the phone and asked to install the Google tez application through his link of referral. I asked me for this as it was offering A cashback of 50 rupees for the first transaction. But as I did my first transaction after the registration process it showed me that the bank was not responding. But then as I made a transaction through phonepe app the transaction was successful so by that I came to know that it wasn't the fault of the bank it was the fault of the application by itself. But has no one take the responsibility of the failure the same was with the Google Tez. It wasn't even accepting that it was its own fault not of the bank. As I called on the customer care they were not even receiving the phone and after so many times finally the phone was connected and I asked about the problem they said that there is heavy traffic in the website so the transactions are taking time and asked me to hold back for some time and wait till the transaction is completed. But believe me the transaction took place after 4 to 5 hours. Which is so ridiculous and so irritated that suppose if you are stuck somewhere and you are making a large transaction through UPI and your transaction get stuck somewhere in between where you don't know and you can't do it anything and you just had this much money that also got stuck. So this is a case of very much of concern and they should improve this. Now coming to the usability of this application. The application can only be used for the transaction from one bank to another bank account and cannot be used for any other thing like paying bills, or phone recharge while now everyone is concerned of the space in their mobile so everyone seeks To get an app which has everything in built. The only thing that is considerable of this application is that the cashback directly goes to the bank account linked with this app. But the speed is ridiculous and needs to be improved very much as no one would wait for so much time.
