Goibibo hotel booking is the worst. Review on Goibibo

Goibibo hotel booking is the worst I could think of.

My goibibo hotel booking experience was worst then I could think of. People book online for convenience so that they get a instant room from a tied journey but in my case, till I was at the hotel gate I was in a dilemma that weather I will get a room or not, which I eventually didn't get.

I made the booking 10 day prior to the date of booking and only one day before the booking they call me about the non availability of the room and above that goibibo expect me to make an instant decision on call to shift to another hotel with my family to a hotel which I have never heard of, in a city I was travelling for the first time.

I was on road and traveling when they call, I told them to call after some time and guess what they never called back and I have to stand 3 hours in a hotel lobby trying to reach goibibo and get another booking.

When it comes to hotel booking I have never had such a bad experience then goibibo and the worst feeling was that I was the fool to believe in the goodwill of there brand who ultimately didn't delivered after being paid for there services.
