I used this service to book a plane ticket some time back. Firstly it was very difficult for me to make head and tail of the website as the site was crashing down almost every time I chose the no.of passengers. Then when I was able to get through this problem, another problem arose as I was not able to apply the coupon code which was applicable. The page at the site said try after some time. After trying for several times I gave up and tried the app instead. There I didnt face any problem and the code was also applied.
The website was a real pain. It was difficult to surf through the website. My experience with the website was really bad.
