Hey friends, now a days we use to book the the travel through various websites like make my trip, goibibo.com, yatra etc so here I am talking about goibibo.com and I want to share a horrbile experience which one of my my friend had. He booked a flight from goibibo.com and what happened with him was one of the worst flight experience he ever had. The customer services of goibibo.com is really pathetic, they don't even reply most of the time, what else you can expect when you are not getting the basic services. My suggestion is to avoid goibibo.com because I don't think it is a good option to travel and you can check other reviews as well and you wl get idea what I am talking about
