Couple of weeks back I had ordered a momento gift card and box of sweets to be delivered to a friend for birthday. The items never got delivered on time. Tried to call them for 2 days the customer care was not reachable as in no one picked up the phone.
Tried to mail out the same. Wanted the order to be cancelled as it was already delayed but then finally managed to some how connect with them and they said they can not cancel it hence again I changed the delivery address and finally it reached me a week later. But what I had ordered was not at all what was seen online. The products were more of lower quality.
Extreamly disapointed with this experience and will never order anything.
