I feel this review is:
1.I will tell you little description about tips on fitness. Everdays in morning, you have to doing excerise or walking atleast 1 - 2 hour daily.
Eating low calories foods, and maximum try to eating more protein and carbohydrate normal. Makes sure that after excerise, we have to eat the food.
Eating the food in 5 or 6 parts, dont easting the food very much in one time. Eating it, in 5 or 6 times small small in every time.
Excerise must be do, everyday in morning and evening in empty stomach, after that eating protein to get more strong the muscules and get bigger. But in a week, give body rent for one days. Dont eating the oil very much that hamrful for health.
