Unfortunately, I landed here. Please never go to this Shop… if you have no choice then ask them to do the service in front of you
Back Ground: In my case, I gave my Honda Bike for Service 2 days Ago. I reported only 1 issue relevant to Chain Sprocket. The bike is 2-year-old and ran 15000 Kms only. Also, I recently changed the Clutch Plate and Chain Sprocket. I informed everything to them and also handed over the Engine oil(I bought it separately outside) to them. I told them that I need to watch the Serving and it was refused by them.
The bike was handed over on the same day evening and the total bill was Rs 1400/-. Remember I bought the oil outside otherwise it is Rs 1750/- for a new bike without any issue
I checked the Bill and found So many things changed and charged without my consent. All the items mentioned in their bill was changed by Honda AS S during the regular Service 2 months Ago and I didn't found any trouble. Don't know really they change or only charged and the main issue reported by me was not resolved. In addition, I found couple of new issues which was not exist Prior to the service
Immediately… I Reported the issue and the So called mechanic was not willing to turn up. From their point, if the Service is done… then that’s it. When I insist them further to the owner he started saying it is relevant to Wheel Kone issue and I need to replace that. The Cost for Replacement is around Rs 1200+… etc
Finally I paid the amount what they quoted. Overall, I am unhappy and never Go to any of their Shop again.
Please Note they are having 5 shops in that area with the same name “Sri Ram Bikes”. All are owned by the same person
