Hi,
I generally order the non-veg stuff from Fresh to Home only and the quality is good as well but whenever I order Ribs, the butcher just sends it as it is. He never converts it into pieces. I had given this feedback verbally earlier as well but don't think it was considered.
If I could convert it into pieces then there was no pint for me to order it online
It would be great if this suggestion could be implemented as not everybody has the right tools to chop it further
