I ordered food on 21st march 2015 via foodpanda for Rs 310, payment was done online via payumoney.in. Afer few hours, I got a call from foodpanda telling the resturant cant deliver in my area, hence my order is cancled, I said them to arrange for refund.
Now next 1 week I kept waiting for refund, no refund came, I called them up, they said they will arrange for refund soon, again 1 week passed, 2 weeks passed, 1 month passed, no refund, called them again, they said refund wll be done soon. posed the same thing in their facebook page, someone called me immediately and said will get refund soon, then again 1 week passed, called up foodpanda again, they said redund has been done. then one day in office I got a letter from American Express saying they have got a refund of Rs 310 in my cancled card. My AMex card was canceled in December 2014, and for the payment in foodpanda I used my Citibank credit card, but foodpanda refunded the money in my cancled Amex card. This is the great service of foodpanda.in
One advice: stay away from foodpanda and save your money.
