Fraud. Review on Flipkart

Flipkart it is an online e-shopping site, which provides you with home delivery service.whether you pay by credit card or debit or it is cash on delivery, honestly speaking I love this concept of selling products world wide, as flipkart was seems to be good and affortable, I already order 1orginal headphone by samsung worth 1500rs and samsung note 4 battery orginal 2000rs, my friends this online shopping site are maintain by smart system which are ment to bluff you in money, once it say free shipping, then add extra tax, once they show less price but then cover it with shipong charges, they even show higher price and lower price on same product, but I am not upset with it, simce it they technqic of sales.the worst thing thats got me hating this site is when I received home delivery of my product, battery and headphone, rules are until I dont pay, I cannot open up the product to check, well I said no problem lets trust this, as soon as I paid money in cash to flipkart delivery service man, he start preparing to leave, but as I was curius about my product I couldnt wait till I got my self a seat to sit, I tore the plastic packing with my hand and when I checked inside it was dublicate headphone and battery, with worst packing, it was not looking orginal by any chance, I grabed his hands, the person who deliverd this product to me, I said I want my money back since it is a straight fraud has been done to me, he said it came through yhe company, he said you can return your product by just a complain and you'll get your refund or genuine product by company.they took 15 days to respond on my complaint, and finally return my money into my bank account, I was so pissed off from this attitute of a company.ill be better going to buy product from direct brands.since I had very bad expreience buying stuff online.so guy online order online if your really trust online buying site, or for a trail just buy any product worth leas fortune, I have tried amazon, it is a good worldwide online shopping site.Thank you for precious time to a take a look, I ensure that written above is 100% truth.hVe a great day
