Flipkart continues to cheat. Review on Flipkart

There has been numerous occasion where flipkart has started cheating customers. I have experienced thrice in two years.

This time I ordered a paper shredder and in return I received a Screw-Driver. I was amazed to see a paper shredder of 7 liters was packed in a half liter packet when I received the parcel. It was after unboxing I found that flipkart has again attempted.

Now when I called customer care they assured that everything will be resolved in 3 days and on 3rd day I got a message "Your issue is resolved. Your return request is cancelled. Please see Seller's return policy".

When I raised complaint after three day they again re-opened and gave me 3 days time. To my surprise on third day same thing happened. I again raised a complaint and I got 3 days and guess what - same thing continued.

Now after 5th attempt I thought I should spread this message through Mouthshut to let others know what is happening while I still wait to get a resolution.

I also came to know that nowadays flipkart is blocking account so that you can not return your product on time - though this has not happened to me till now.

Best part is customer care telling every time "I am Sorry to hear this, If I would have been in your position I would have felt the same" and continuing the same thing again and again.

I am planning to take this issue to legal authorities. I would also request people who have faced this kind of issue to join hand together and end this issue forever.
