Before I start penning my anguish about this company. I would like to tell you all, that before I plan to purchase something online I do good research about the website from where I wish to buy. I prefer to read reviews and recommendations on Mouthshut.com where my fellow MSIANS write about their buying experiences with that particular website. These days I dont find the time or the patience to go out and buy
stuffs.And I heard alot good about Flipkart in terms of buying books and novels. So I thought to use them. Till today I never felt so terrible with my buying experience online. I placed an Order on:4 November 2011, 12:21 PM; Order No: OD11104120957 and I was told the book would be delivered in 2-3 business days. Till today I am only following up and getting lame excuses and false promises that il get it in the next 24 hours. And to increase my frustration level they told me now to contact Bluedart because they said that the product is not kept with them and they are not shipping it. My question is why should I contact them for it when I placed the order with flipkart. Am I suppose to do it? Then what customer service are you providing to your customers. First of all you make false promises and now this harassment. Is it fair?
Boondh boondh se sagar banta hai. Aur agar woh is tarah se karte rahe toh ram naam satya hai. it's never too late to mend your ways.
