Within 5 minutes of ordering my phone on 20th Sep, I called customer care and updated my address from Hyderabad to Mumbai. Expected date of delivery kept showing 27th Sep, address reflected properly.
Now twice the product has been delivered to wrong address and was returned but not once customer care responded with the right answer.
I spoke to 5 different people in customer care during last week but they don't seem to have any idea. I got only one answer "Ma'am, your address is Mumbai, you will receive your phone at your Mumbai address, there is some technical issue".
This morning after repeated questioning(asked same question in different ways), I was told that package is still lying in Hyderabad, please cancel and place fresh order with 90/- extra for 1 day express delivery if you need it urgently. Is this your way of tricking people to get 90/- extra?
BTW, I tried placing order from Flipkart app, twice payment failed, once with credit card and then with Net banking. Placed order from the website.Total waste of time and money.
