I have been using this site to buy small items for my kids like soap, shampoo, oil etc. Also use Goodlife.com, their partner website for other health care products.
Must confess that their service is superb. Even for a single SKU of soap, they do not charge for home delivery. What's more encouraging is that the product is delivered in 24 hours. Free courier + fast delivery = extreme customer satisfaction.
I cannot understand how they are able to deliver a soap worth Rs.35, free of cost at your door step- when the courier charges itself would eat into their margins, but anyways, as a consumer, I stand satisfied.
They keep adding on to their product range & customer service has also been amazing until now.
Hope they keep up their good work.
