I don't know why I am giving them one star also, because I don't have any option of giving Zero star.
My terrible incident is not too old, just a week ago. One courier has been shipped from Delhi for Patna on 22nd April 2016. It was supposed to reach me in five working days.
But when I didn't received my courier till 29th of April, I visited there website to track my courier but I was unable to do so. That was very unimaginable.
Thus I contacted my Nearest First Flight Courier office and got to know that they were keeping my courier from 26th of April, that was more shocking.
He gave an excuse that there is no delivery boy from a week so we are unable to deliver. And my home was hardly a kilometer from their office.
But they were not even shown interest to call me to pick up the courier from there center, that was more pathetic.
I have never experienced this kind of service from any courier service provider till now.
