Ferns & Petals is a website which is known for delivering gifts, cakes, flowers to our beloved at our mentioned time . But this valentine day I have ordered for my girl friend sweet surprises flowers and kicking po cake .
But they failed to deliver it on the correct time plus the flowers they deliver were completely different what I have seen on their website . I call the customer care service and they were not that responsive . I felt cheated by their act.
