I have used Fem saffron fairness cream bleach. Yes it is effective.
I have used it 5-6 times from past 3 years on occassions.
It is really very easy to use.
The pack contains a cream and the bleach activators. An instruction book is also available with the pack do read it before usage. A small plastic spoon is available for no additional reaction.
