FedEx intentionally delays delivery for Wearhouse charges- I got pissed off.


My AWB is 573818993667, my shipment reached Bangalore from China on 27th October, from 27th daily I'm calling FedEx team 3 to 5 times regarding the documents submitting, I have submitted all the documents but daily I will get a incomplete submitting mail, finally 4 days ago(15th Nov) they called me and told that declaration letter is not in proper format replace the "Dear sir/madam" with "To,

Delhi.", I got literally frustration on this, why can't they say it in beginning? After that I did necessary changes and sent to them, latter today they told that I need to pay 2400 rs for warehouse charges, now I got to understand that why that much delay, felt cheap about myself shipping through FedEx. Please don't waste time of the customer like this, really feeling cheap about myself for choosing FedEx, hope I don't do that mistake again.
