Hi,
I am going to share my experience. I was booked a taxi in a fast track on 13th february. I booked a taxi from maduravoyal to koyembedu. They said okay and they said a confirmation number. And also they said we will send a driver and car details to your mobile number. But I didnot get any messages from them. I called them again and I told I didnot received a message. They said you will get it within a 10 minutes. But no responses. Again I called them and I am gonna book a another company taxi. But still no responses. They didnot send a taxi so I decided to go on auto. Once I reached the destination I called them. Again they said a same reply. This is the worst experience ever I had.
