Horrible Internet and Terrible Customer Support – Avoid Excitel!
I've been dealing with extremely slow internet for the last 5 days in Bangalore on Excitel's 400 Mbps plan (₹4248 for 6 months), but this isn’t an isolated incident. Every single month, I face speeds below 150 Mbps for over 10 days! What’s worse is that the customer support is completely useless.
It’s almost impossible to connect with anyone, and when you finally do, they never respond or resolve the issue. Paying for 400 Mbps and getting such a poor service is a joke. If you’re looking for reliable internet, stay far away from Excitel – it’s a constant headache. Unresponsive support, slow speeds, and overall terrible experience.
