EXCITEL BROADBAND PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Excitel is a fraud and Pathetic company. Once they take mony from Customer their reality is shown. Internet connection can stop working anyt and their customers care employee do not care about your calls or tickets raised. Excitel cheats their customers once their connection is sold and customer pays money. INTERNET CONNECTION DOES NOT WORK FOR DAYS AND WEEKS. NO MATTER WHAT YOU ESCALATE EXCITEL IS NOT BOTHERED AS TJEY HAVE LOOTED YOU AND TAKEN MONEY. Excitel has attitude of Cutomers can go to hell Excitel does not care at all once money is taken.
