EXCITEL BROADBAND PRIVATE LIMITED Cares

EXCITEL BROADBAND PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

I have taken Excitel Connection in 2023. In 2024, May, they terminated my connection stating the Partner have stopped delivering services in my area.


Key scams




  1. They haven't informed me about the termination. As I don't have connection for one week, I called them and then they informed about this matter.




  2. Connection got terminated mid of the month. They haven't refunded the amount for the days the service is not used.




  3. I have to call Excitel to initiate the pick up of the router multiple times and they took 4 weeks to arrange a technician to pick up the router




  4. After the router is picked up, there is no intimation from their side on whether they have received the same or not. They just wanted to extend the refund process




  5. After 1 month, I received confirmation that router is received, again when I asked for refund, they told I have to wait for 60 days to receive the refund because of some stupid policy they have.




  6. I was calling them in between the 60 days to know the progress that too multiple times. After. 70 days, since the refund is not initiated, I called them again, and they told the refund is processed, I have to wait for another 60 Bank working days to receive the refund.






This is a big scam. I am going to file a case, even if its for a small amount of 2k. I don't want other customers to go through this pain and get scammed.
