The service Guy gave all sorts of wrong information that my Old purifier cannot be serviced and I need to buy a new Purifier to sell the machine thru his own person and made me buy a new machine where the old one could have been repaired by merely changing a Rubber Pipe.
The sales person gave me all sorts of wrong information that if I buy from Eshopping websites the unit wont be regd in my name and My warranty will lapse and that I will have to pay addl. 1000/- for installation. All this was blatant lies. He also promised me that My old machine would be bought back after I place the order and make payment on their website and buy back will be separately done. I had unexpired AMC on my old machine of 16 months which they are not willing to transfer to my new machine. There was free gift offer of Wrist watch worth Rs 2499/- which has still not been sent to me even after 16 days.
The persons who had come along with the guy to install the machine robbed the candle jar of my old machine which I Had to search and recover it from his bag.
Despite several Complaints at various levels, Eureka Forbes have simply not cared to extend my AMC, Buy back my old machine, send me the Wrist watch and no action has been taken against the fraudulent people of theirs who simply keep harassing me rather than resolving the Issue.
Think 1000 times before you decide to buy Eureka Forbes Products. I have been cheated of my hard earned Money.
