Pathetic customer service on 2 year AMC

My Eureka Forbes water purifier had developed a leakage for which I contacted Mahaiya Services which is an authorised service center and of which I had entered into a 2 year AMC. The technician who came corrected the issue only after 2 days of numerous calls to the service center.


But after he corrected the issue he messed up with the machine and a new problem of leakage from the nozzle developed. At first the technician quickly tried to get away with it and said that this problem will remain and the machine will keep on dripping! It was a great disappointment and I called the customer service. finally they took my machine to their service center and now it has been 3 days since I have received it.


I have been making several calls to their number but they are not answering it. Me and my family are left without pure drinking water for past 5 days in the peak of summer season.


I have been using Eureka Forbes water purifiers for past more than 15 years. This is not the kind of treatment which should be meted out to a long and trusted customer. I may think of switching to some other reliable brand now.
