I have purchased Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Classic model. After completion of the warranty period I have renewed the AMC for 2 years.
I want to mention that at the time of taking AMC concern person of Eureka Forbes inform me that frequent visits will be given to your aquaguard, more over 2 time charcoal change and one time candle change will be done in each year.
I am having very bitter experience with Eureka forbes, after availing the AMC no one has visited my place and nothing is changed as discussed earlier. Even after calling to customer care also no response is obtained from the company.
Therefore I will appeal to all of you that beware of these big cheaters while selling the item they will tell the importance of water purity and all and once they got money they are least bother about our health.
SHAME ON EUREKA FORBES AND ITS PRODUCTS...
