I had given my Vaccum cleaner for repair to customer care centre in Pattom trivandrum on 30.07.2010.But each time I call them to know what is the fault I get a answer that the service person is on leave.Today it is 9th of August still the same reply.I don't know whether this is true .I can't believe that a company like Eureka forbes has no service person for the last 10 days.
I had send mail to info@eureka-forbes.com telling the problem on 6.08.2010, but I have not received any reply for it.
I will never recommend to buy eureka forbes products.They should always remember that top priority should be given to customer satisfaction rather than giving full page advertisements in the newspapers.
