I bought a basic package from them and the tips were so-so. When I complained, they told me of a'wonderful and award winning' new product called Prima and convinced me to buy the same at about 1.2 lacs, and promised me refund in case of dissatisfaction. However, the tips were very poor resulting in big losses to me but their reports were manipulated to show profits(how is a matter of detail). Now I'm asking them for a refund for the last 2 months, but they are making excuses and not giving me refund. Someone can tell me how to lodge a customer complaint with them/ get my refund?
