Being residing in Mumbai from around 20 years I have visited various salon for experiments with my look.
But my best experience till now is visiting kapil's salon.
I recently thought of visiting atleast once at Enrich hair salon so I took contact details from justdial.
I contacted Enrich salon & booked my appointment for a facial & haircut.
At time of appointment day I waited for around 50 minutes sitting lonely for my turn.
After that when my turn arrived I was told to sit on chair & after me there were few customers so the stylist did my haircut anyhow as fast as possible & after that he done facial only once within 15 minutes and took a huge charges for this stupid service.
Also the staff is not so friendly plus they have very bad ego type attitude.
They only show respects & care for female customers.
Bad & worst experience being at Enrich.
Only big advertisement & publicity is their moto.
