Emirates is one of the Best Airlines service. I used other Airlines but in comparison Emirates services are very good for all class either Business, First or Economy Class.
I used Emirates International flight service few months before from Muscat to Kolkata via Dubai .Some of the points which was noted by me during my travelling:
Emirates is a very Big Airbus Flight having more Nos. of setting capacity.
The behavior & disciplines of the Crew Members are very good.
The services they provided during flight journey:
a. First of all they gave Hot small towel to wipe out your face & hands if you want.
b. Thereafter they provided Juice & good quantity of breakfast having good taste.
c. In meals they provided both Veg/Non-veg with good quantity. The taste of the meal was very good.
For Entertainment, one small TV like screen was provided on the back of each seat. And its contains most of all latest favorite TV Serials episodes, Movies etc. from Bollywood, Hollywood in Hindi, English, Tamil, Malayalam etc. languages.
Big TV screens were provided to show the directions, paths, announcements for all your journey.
I used their connecting flight service. So, they also provided their support for my onward journey. One of their crew member helped us for our connecting flights and also helped to complete the formalities of the Airport Security in fast manner.
During your journey you are also able to purchase some items like chocolates, perfumes, cosmetics etc. for your loved ones from their Duty Free service and pay in any of the currency you have.
They also collected Donations for the Holy/Noble works. Its upon your desire to give or not.
One thing, their Fare Costs are very high. But, you can use it when some Offers are coming. Overall, I am recommending for you and also myself to use Emirates for your Journey and feels the experience.
