I ordered a mobile case from ebay and it was delivered in damaged state, I raised a return request. I ordered another case same was also delivered damaged. I had to order a memory card and same was delivered dirty & damaged and did not work.
I raised a return request and I got a reply that the card is under warranty hence I should go to a nearest service centre and my return request was rejected.
My point is why should I go to a service centre for ebay's incompetency in delivering a working product?
No wonder ebay is losing out on Indian customer base as their customer service and delivered products are of pathetic quality.
