I would like to let all people know about my horrible and pathetic experience on Ebay. Please note that I buy lots of stuff online and I also understand that sometime, in exceptional cases, sITES_Company are not able to deliver the items. However, it is in these exception cases, you have to judge how professional these websITES_Company are.
When it comes to ebay, I think they are staffed with some illiterate people supported by policies designed to cheat the customers.
Lets talk about the case. I ordered on 64GB Micro SD card on 25th July 2015. The seller was mmc15mmc. I paid the amount through Mobiqwik wallet as there was an offer of 7.5% discount using the Mobiqwik wallet. The net price I paid was Rs 1386.55/- and the item was supposed to be shipped by 28th July and to be delivered by 29th July 2015.
When I checked the status next day, it was showing me "You have changed your address after the order, please contact the seller". I never changed my address but still decided to send a mail to the seller. but got no response. Then somehow I got his number and sent SMS still got no response. Meanwhile, every time I called the customer support, I got the standard response that your item will be shipped.
On 28th July morning, the status of my order changed to "This item has been deleted or archived please contact customer support" and by the evening, the status was, "This seller has been suspended".
So, now the situation was -
Ebay telling lie that I changed the address which I never did
The item which I ordered got deleted from ebay
The seller who was who was supposed to ship the item, was suspended from ebay.
Then started the chain of twitter communication,

After 10 days, the status is "Refund Initiated"
and as per the policy, they need 5 working day to approve the refund(JOKERS NEED 5 DAYS for WHAT)
Then 48 hours to authorize
then bank will take upto 15 days
that means, I will get my money more than 1 month after the order date
One request to ebay, now India is no longer a country which can be taken for a ride. Just pack up and get lost
