I used the sim from 2 month ago.It provide very bad service.It not cover huage net work area.It only cover some metro politan city.It signal is very low, not cover small city and village.Signal is low that not listen clearly.It is not provide well signal in office, lab, laboratory etc.
Data pack are not suitable.It have not small or bigh data pack in good offer range.Downloading and browsing speed are very low.No one use the sim in village or small town for that disadvantage.
It customer service is very bad.Most of the time they do not answered in our service problem.All time customer care service are busy.If they receive call they do not solve the customer problem.
Call charge rate is high . It has not small full talk time and no small power pack .Without power pack call rate is very high.It customer service are not avaible.So fill big problem of his customer.
So I recommend to all not use the network sim.Thanks.
