I went for interview on 21 Feb 2020 in this consultancy and pallavi (recruiter) was my contact person I completed three rounds of interview and the sir who took last round informed me that your last round will be on coming Wednesday26 Feb 2020 or Thursday with Mahesh as he is out of station andpallavi will inform you so today is Tuesday and I called pallavi multiple times to take feedback she never responded my calls and then I called consultancy landline number and then she called back and stated that you are not selected in very rude manner.i was informed by that sir that you are not rejected and last round will happen so basically in this cunsultancy people are confused and they don't know how to do recruitment especially pallavi. If I attach the screenshot of her whatsapp chat then you will come to know how much confused she is and very much frustrated and irritated by her behavior and will surely escalate this to higher authorities because when they call for interview they call thousand times and for giving feedback they don't even bother to call acting as if they are minister or owner of company
It's not about rejection it's about the recruiter arrogant and rude behavior. Actually that sir told different feedback and pallavi told different feedback so I believe clarity is missing
