Durgapur, is of the Good and one of the becoming Smart City in India. It is in West Bengal & just 165 km from Kolkata. As per my last visit to Durgapur, what I felt in my search & observation:
Basically, I am from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. But due to some reason we shifted to Asansol, West Bengal. There and nearby area I searched for my Dream Home and I finally I got it in Durgapur.
Durgapur is a Steel City because of Durgapur Steel Plant and there are so many others small to medium scale Industries are there, which is good for employment for all.
In spite of various types of Industries, the Percentage(%) of Greenery is very good.
There are many more Private & Government Hospitals and other Medical facilities are available withing the City.
The Municipality is doing there job in a proper way. The condition of Water & Electricity is much better than other nearby city.
There are several Shops & Malls are there to fulfill your daily requirements.
The means of Transportation is very Good. Durgapur is well connected to its near by cities through Bus, Railway as well as Air.
Now, name of Durgapur is proposed in the Smart Cities in India. Thats why its value increased in all aspects.
The Development of Real State is on Boom and raising day by day.
It is also a good place for Investors point of view.
Facilities or mode of entertainment is available in Durgapur like Amusement Part, Zoo, Gardens, Picture Halls etc.
In the Education point of view, Durgapur is one of the best city in West Bengal after Kolkata. There so more Nos. of Primary, High, Engineering as well as Medical Colleges are available for all kinds of Education.
If you want to take distance from more noisy and crowded place, then Durgapur is the best place.
There are many more reason to chose Durgapur as my Dream destination to live with my Family and love ones.
