Hi guys its true that DTDC peoples loosing hopes and peoples are searching for other carriers.Once upon a time DTDC is trusted brand of india and now they are standing in last position because of slow service and poor response to customer.
Once you send material you are not sure when it reaches to other end if you ask customer care they will not give you any proper answer.Charges compare to other courier this people charges bit high, with lots of other charges taxes etc.If you google you will get lots of complaint on DTDC, delay in delivery, parcel missing are common complaints.According to my point of view now a days DTDC is not a trustworthy company, dont relay on them go for some other couriers.
