The courier wasnt delivered even after following up multiple times with customer care and the spoc contacts at the dtdc courier stall. Frustrated on following up.
Very poor customer service and no proper tracking as well.
Each DTDC representative was passing the responsibility to spoc at other location rather than giving the right status.
