Hi,
One of my parcel got booked on Friday in bangalore and charted to Coimbatore, which is~300 km away and a major city.
It took nearly 3 days to reach the destination and 1 additional day for delivery. Got delivered on Monday Evening.
And to the top, the parcel traveled through Air Cargo till half way i.e. salem hub and from there on through road.
This is the best case of inefficiency in mapping routes and hubs. This kind of business structure will not last for long time. Soon they may be forced to run in loss.
