Pathetic Emergency care. We came here for COVID confirmation and below are their services,
Wait outside in hot sun. NO Proper seating arrangements.
No proper patient management, if you know someone, you would get preferential treatment.
Emergency patients would be attended within 3 hours (very fast as per their standards)
Patient need to go around the hospital from registration to billing to pharmacy. No protection. Not sure how a patient would identify everything and do it.
CT Scan would take 2.5 hours very fast as per their standards. When enquired they would ask to go to another block to get the report and details. Again the patient need to do everything with positive result.
Such a careless attitude and money oriented.

For inpatient we produced physical copy of documents, they wanted these documents to be sent online it did NOT go through.

We filled our own admission form and said we have an insurance policy to take care of billing. They insisted paying 1L as advance amount till insurance initiation is done. We paid the Amount promptly.
We came to the hospital at 3.30PM IST and Finally got admitted at 11.30 PM IST. Everything needs to be done by the patient on their own. No help from hospital staff what so ever.
Edit 3: Today is day 3 and as usual they replied back this post stating me to connect with them. I IMed them in WhatsApp as per their reply but to NO response from them.
My insurance papers are NOT yet submitted to the respective insurance company.
I'm thinking of writing to health secretary for next steps. How are these people doing it carelessly. A covid patient has to go through all these stressful activities. I think we will lose our life because of these stress created by such hospitals and its staffs and NOT covid.
About Room:
Another sad story. In the hot summer this room doesn't have proper ventilation. There are 2 fans. 1 fan will not turn to your direction and other fan doesn't can't get you enough air.
We informed the doctors, nurses, staff and They tried changing fan direction and nothing changed.
We didn't have a complete sleep for the past 2 days and nights. It's sweating like anything. Not sure my cold and head ache are because of my sweating or covid.
Emergency Alarm buttons won't work in this room. Wow!
On a lighter note, covid seems to be kind to us than this hospital.

Yes, above statement is true, covid seems to be kind enough that the hospital management.
There should be a special mention about their dietician. We are a vegetarian and she is subscribing us a Non veg food. Everyday in the past 5 days, it was horrific experience with food, one of the worst that you would get. We are going to order from outside this time. She should have some common sense that how people will take these many anti-biotics without proper food. This is for the hospital management as well.

From the date of discharge I'm having fever and my trying to connect with their doctor and hospital. NONE is picking the call. WORST!
Why would you give a number and betray a patient to call it if anything urgent? Don't cheat the patient, you got lakhs and lakshs from us and not not even having NO courtesy to attend the call.
