Dr Jasjit Chhachhi M.D. was appointed as a Medical Officer in Princess of Wales , Zenana Hospital, Dhab Khatikan locality of Amritsar in 1972. She changed the condition of the hospital from 10 to 90 degree.
The health department audit remarked that so much success of the municipal hospital with limited resources is not less than a miracle. It is fact that she attended to more than 5-6 deliveries a night. In 1986, the political jugglery compelled Dr Chhachhi to leave and resign . Then she started her own hospital.
Now Since 1987 she is running her own clinic cum hospital. Its a state-of-the-art hospital-cum-nursing home for her own woman patients exclusively. She personally attends all patients. Dedicated staff, trained nursing faculty and paramedicals of the hospital are perfect in their fields.Situated in a perfectly suited locality and environment is easily approachable.
