Tried Biotin, iron tablets and so many multivitamins that my stomach could bear to control the fall. It helped my friend, but in my case it did not reduce the hair fall at all. So after seeing some good reviews on the net I went to consult him at HSR Clinic and he told get some more tests done, and most importantly he told do it while you are fasting, not if you have eaten anything. Surprisingly the thyroid was showing that it had increased a lot. LOL. My thyroid was running fast and so was the baldness. I could even see the bald patches peeking through very clearly. Now after 4 months of treatment, I can say that the hair fall is 90% gone down and most of my office guys are saying that they can see less baldness than before. I think one good thing about this place is that he will see personally to every case. I appreciate the treatment. But one issue is that sometimes he will tell use this shampoo or that shampoo and you have to hunt it around in Bangalore. For me he told use Ayur shampoo, that is just not available in any shops and finally I had to buy it online. Why not supply the shampoo in the clinic itself? Makes life easier for the patient. But I want to give thumbs up to the front desk guy because he gave me the prescription which I could use to claim in my office, so that was quite helpful(HINT- Dont take the prescription as hair fall, else your company will outright reject it. Of course I had thyroid, so that helped in getting reimbursed).
